Gas South is seeking a uniquely qualified leader with a powerful combination of experience in Project Management and Business Analysis. You will serve as people leader and functional leader, providing support and oversight of team deliverables, acting as a representative to advance the organization's work. This role requires a strong background as an individual contributor and people leader working in product development.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
- Lead a high-performance team of project managers and business analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through agile tools & practices, experimentation, and process optimization.
- Collaborate with core stakeholders, including senior leaders, vendors, and partners to ensure project success.
Project Lifecycle Ownership:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, sales, etc. to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide communication and reporting on project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project and product development progress.
- Manage organizational priorities, capacity planning, resources and staffing to align to the needs of the business.
Change Management
- Create comprehensive strategies to manage change initiatives effectively.
- Assess the organization’s readiness and the impact of change on the organization.
- Establish monitoring for successful delivery and feedback mechanisms for refinement.
- Execute training to develop the team and organizational skillset on the journey to increase agility.

Qualifications
- Experience: At least 5 years in people leadership, in addition to 5 years' experience in project management working with product development teams.
- Education & Certification: PMP, PMI-ACP, Six Sigma, or equivalent combination of certification, education, and/or experience.
- Proven experience as a contributor, managing complex programs, portfolios and strategically significant initiatives.
Pay range is commensurate with education, experience, specialized skills or certifications, etc.

$128,132—$150,744 USD
