Job Description:

What will you work on?
The Senior Manager, Procurement Enablement reporting into to Director, Global Sourcing is responsible for procurement operations across the enterprise including policies, end to end Procure to Pay processes, systems and tools.  The Senior Manager, Procurement Enablement will partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders, the Procurement team and external suppliers to deliver Procurement transformation projects.  They will also be responsible to develop and implement the Procurement technology roadmap and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain procurement policies, processes and systems in line with the needs of the company and best in class industry practices.
How will you create impact?

  • Partners with business stakeholders to implement process and technology solutions to transform the Procure-to-pay (P2P) process.
  • Partners with Procurement to enable sourcing processes and technology: eProcurement tools, Supplier qualification, onboarding and setup, Supplier Collaboration Portal, Supplier Master Data Maintenance, Contract Lifecycle Management.
  • Enables buying tools and buying content setup (catalogues, punchout catalogues, material and service task codes).
  • Leads end user and supplier training from content creation to hands-on training sessions.
  • Develops and maintains spend cube and provides reports on spend data relevant to Procurement and Operations team.
  • Works with Internal Audit and external auditors to aid in the design, execution, and evidence gathering processes relating to key internal controls.
  • Works with the IT team to manage and implement integration with external and internal systems.
  • Actively monitor and communicate enablement performance, opportunities to achieve targets, leading practices, etc.
  • Identify, research, report and complete tasks or issues related to enablement Services processes.
  • Maintains Procurement process documentation. .

What are your skills and experience?

  • Experience working in the P2P cycle.
  • Experience facilitating software implementations or business transformations.
  • Experience using and implementing best-of-breed ERP and e-Procurement tools (Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, SAP, NetSuite).
  • Experience using SQL Server, Advanced Excel features, Tableau or other leading data and analytics tools.
  • High level of professionalism, with the ability to educate and inform diverse audiences regarding complex business processes.
  • Customer-focused approach to problem solving; must be an active listener with the ability to deeply understand the context and intent of internal customer requirements.
  • Ability to extract source data and present insightful spend analytics to a diverse stakeholder group.
  • Deep understanding of the P2P cycle, with the ability to process map and visualize current and ideal workflows.
  • Solid understanding of Finance & Accounting concepts within the P2P process (i.e. Accounts Payable processes (Invoice-to-Pay), GL Accounting (Account Coding & Accrual processes), and Indirect Tax (Sales & Use Tax concepts)
