This position will be 4 days a week in our Toronto office (181 Bay Street), Mondays to Thursdays and Fridays are work from home.   Reporting to the Vice President of Performance Marketing, you will own and manage the Dentalcorp Paid Media channels to improve patient acquisition through continued optimization of account structures, bidding tactics, creative, and targeting for corporate and practice websites.  You’ll leverage data to make decisions, work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand the overall ecosystem of the business, and build the roadmap to scale growth for our network of practices across Canada.

In this role, you will

  • Plan, implement & fully own paid media efforts across Paid search, Social, and Programmatic media.
  • Manage day-to-day optimization activities including building and managing bidding strategies, quality score improvements, creatives/ad copy, testing and optimization, keyword research, budget forecasting, campaign reporting and analysis, and continuous program improvement.
  • Identify the short- and long-term opportunities to scale growth, and work with internal teams to enable data and technological capabilities that will accelerate patient acquisition.
  • Own measurement and tracking within analytics for paid channels through the definition of goals, tracking events, and conversion triggers.
  • Analyze and report on channel performance and liaise with practice marketers to address practice inquiries.
  • Work with direct reports to set goals, identify opportunities, and set priorities.
  • Work with the web team to create and run landing page optimization tests to increase conversion volume and quality.
  • Leverage customer and campaign performance data to draw insights, develop hypotheses and proactively recommend opportunities to expand our presence, increase conversion rates, and grow the business.
  • Forecast and track performance metrics with a focus on cost efficiency and accelerating YoY patient and revenue growth.
  • Implement local and regional search tactics, optimize campaign conversions, keyword performance and bid costs.

What we're looking for

  • A highly strategic marketer to drive the performance marketing strategies and tactics needed to accelerate the growth of paid search channels across our network of practices.
  • 7+ years experience in performance and growth marketing, actively and successfully managing paid search. Experience in the service or B2B industry preferred.
  • Extensive experience in PPC campaign management (Google & Microsoft Ads), analysis and reporting, including a deep knowledge of platform settings and areas of opportunity to drive optimization across targeting, bidding, copy, account structure, data usage and website experience.
  • Strong experience in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and programmatic display.
  • Successfully conducted A/B testing across various platform settings to improve CPA, ROI, and overall conversion.
  • Experience in planning and delivering large annual paid media budgets (+$10M) and being responsible for revenue/acquisition targets.
  • Practical knowledge of tracking systems and technologies, applying best practice to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.
  • Strong technical aptitude. High level of experience in data analysis techniques, with an ability to extract and action meaningful insights from analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau etc.)
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and lead projects proactively
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvement.
