Job Description

As Senior Manager – Media, you’ll help lead a cross-functional team across the MENA and other regions that includes Digital strategy, planning, delivery, and educating the group at large on best practice tactics – all connected to driving business impact.

Day to day, your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop strategically sound communication plans tackling key client challenges while ensuring world-class client servicing and account management skills. 
  • Understand client’s overall business and marketing objectives displaying a sound knowledge of all online media channels and offline channels including TV, print, radio, and Outdoor etc. Working efficiently as part of an overall integrated team while leading them.
  • Be very hands-on with the media strategies in not just regional but global markets while ensuring top-notch media planning delivery from the team members. 
  • Look for innovative opportunities to deliver new solutions that demonstrate superior value to clients through close relationships with media and technology partners
  • Lead updates at regular client review meetings and status call on a specific channel(s)

Qualifications

We’re looking for a talented Senior Manager who’s also a delight to work with, which usually includes:

  • 5+ years of experience running campaigns both from a technical and strategic side. At least 2 years of team management experience is required. 
  • Experience in hybrid media strategy
  • Practical experience in digital and traditional media planning
  • Solid digital planning skills, mainly on the upper funnel (OLV, Social, Programmatic)
  • Regional experience preferred
