WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

We’re looking for a Senior Manager in Integrated Media to join our Nike Display, Social & Video Channel team. You’ll be responsible for merging Nike’s iconic product and storytelling identity with our media partners unique insight in consumer behaviours, to create cutting edge media strategy.

In this role, you’ll report into the Display, Social & Video Director, collaborating across the matrixed Nike organization to deliver groundbreaking media innovation and premium commercial experiences which only Nike can do, rooted in sport.

You’re talented at merging current trends with intuition built over 8+ years in the sports retail media industry, enabling long term & in-the-moment deicison making to grow the brand.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking someone with 8+ years of experience in paid media, with excellent communiation and relationship management skills, strong strategic thinking and the ability to summarize expert topics succinctly for a range of stakeholders. You have experience in the sports or retail fashion industry and are able to make decisions which elevate the future of Nike.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
  • 8+ years of directly relevant work experience delivering campaigns for multinational brands or at a media agency working on multinational brands.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of brand marketing strategies, marketing dynamics, media measurement and AdTech; enabling confidence in leading enterprise decisionmaking.
  • Skilled at translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and adapting communication for diverse audiences.
  • Strong presentation skills to senior stakeholders, with the ability to absorb feedback to improve the work. 
  • Deep understanding of the media landscape and emerging trends with a critical and innovative push.
  • Willingness to travel to remain up to date on key media trends and innovations.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As the Integrated Media Sr. Manager you will work in close collaboration with the Integrated Media Director on shaping Nike’s paid media & digital marketing strategy, to align with brand and business objectives throughout the funnel.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving overarching media strategy across visual media channels; including forming strategic projects to up-level our program in collaboration with cross-function brand, business and creative partners.
  • Budget planning for the full fiscal across offenses within the Display & Paid Social channels, manging trade-off conversations grounded in data but balancing brand considerations.
  • Ensuring campaigns are at peak performance across offenses (Brand, Stores, Acqusition & Commerce), maximizing impact & efficiency for the brand through optimizations and test & learn.
  • Challenging our world-class media and creative agencies to keep us on the cutting edge, bringing in new partners and maximizing relationships with existing ones.
  • Setting MarTech/ AdTech roadmaps in collaboration with global capabilties teams, to unlock innovation in omnichannel and marketplace-partner marketing.
  • Being a subject-matter-expert for visual media channels, over-indexing in knowledge of the Display & Video landscape.
  • Finding synergies with X-GEO partners, and making clear cases for Global Integreated Media support to deliver upstream needs; such as our work to re-define the ‘mid-funnel’.
  • Bringing energy into a highly motivated and athletic team, obsessed with creating the future of sport and defining the next era of Nike.
  • Ensure that Nike is creating the future of sport, by keeping inclusivity and purpose top of mind in creative and media decisions.
