Position Description
The candidate will be responsible to formulate marketing strategies to drive business growth for the Wealth Management Business of CITIC Securities Brokerage (Hong Kong) Limited.
The candidate will also act as coordinator and project teammate to consolidate requests / feedback from all business units and make suggestions to management.
Key Areas of Responsibilities

Formulate marketing strategies to drive business growth for the Wealth Management Business within a limited budget.

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing function to execute a wide range of marketing activities and programs.

Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, timeline development, and on-site coordination.

Create and implement digital marketing solutions, including engaging and compelling content for websites, social media, search engines, key opinion leaders (KOLs), forums, and apps to support sales and promotion campaigns.

Manage, prepare, and update corporate marketing materials such as eDMs, brochures, newsletters, product catalogs, press releases, and client notices.

Conduct marketing research and analysis to monitor the effectiveness of campaigns

Communicate on a daily basis with partners, editors, agencies, and production houses to achieve desired outcomes.

Stay updated on new financial products, global market trends, and competitors' marketing dynamics.

Act as a coordinator and project teammate for all business units, consolidating requests and feedback and providing suggestions to senior management.

Participate in ad hoc assignments and projects.
Requirements
-
Degree holder in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related disciplines. With 8+ years' relevant experience, preferably in the financial industry or brokerage/securities firm.

Experience in Strategic Marketing Planning in a large corporation is a definite advantage.

Experience in website revamp/promotion on WeChat or familiarity with PRC media is preferred.

Experience in event planning or event coordination in a corporate environment is preferred.

Excellent marketing sense and project management skills.

Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Strong PC knowledge, proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, graphic design tools such as Photoshop & Illustrator, and web-based applications is preferable.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Manager position.
