Job Description

Strategic partnership: Designing and implementing strategies to address challenges of business.  

Business support incumbents provide business partner support for managers, including counseling senior business managers on people-related strategies and influencing global HR functions and HR service organizations based on people-related needs of business. 

Ensure adherence to ethics & compliance, conduct investigations where needed. 

Provides customer-focused HR programs, services and consultation that reinforce and model the OneAgilent behaviors, represent our company values and culture, and communicate our core company principles to enhance individual, team, management and business performance. 

May be responsible for supporting the development and/or delivery of training and educational programs related to skills training, communication, team building, and management development using a variety of instructional methods; assignments may include needs analysis, custom course development, and evaluation and learning assessment for respective business units. 
 
Operational Excellence: Responsible for performance management support, assistance in the escalation of employee grievance issues, implementation of business events, acquisitions, workforce balancing, new employee orientation, onboarding and offboarding activities, etc. Creating solutions to individual employee issues. 

TA Support: May be responsible for screening and recruiting candidates for some job openings to meet business needs. 

Talent Management Support: Focusing on building a pipeline for diverse talent, especially senior leader funnel. Enabling Performance Management along with business partners. Exit Analysis and Retention Measures. Experience & exposure to Talent Assessment tools, development of a healthy talent pipeline & talent pool promoting internal mobility will be an added advantage. 

Qualifications

M.B.A. in HR 
At least 14yrs of relevant experience, preferably in Life Sciences, Diagnostics, Pharma, IT product Industries.
