Job Description :
Qualification: • Post Graduate caliber or equivalent - preferably in science discipline like MSc (Cheimistry/Bio chemistry/Microbiology/Bio technology, food technology, B. Tech.-Food Technologist
Experience: • 12 – 15 yrs. Experience in Quality assurance, should have handled regional quality or corporate Quality role
Knowledge & skills: • Experienced in handling Regional Quality/ multi-site quality operations.
• Knowledge of Quality & Food safety management systems.
Best Suited for Someone who• Excellent coaching, influencing and communication skills.
• Experienced in working across functions with various stakeholders
• Responsible for monitoring operations quality performance across all units in the region
• Drive and promote a culture of high quality in all the manufacturing units
• Conduct periodic quality performance review with the Quality Head and drive improvements
• Drive quality improvement projects engaging unit teams
• Ensure compliance of quality assurance procedures and standards
• Conduct regular analysis of Quality rejections, work out CAPA
• Facilitate the Root Cause Analysis for major defects and other quality issues
• Responsible for identifying training needs and arranging trainings at Region units
• Conduct Quarterly periodic audits of units to ensure liquid quality and compliance to other quality standards in units
• Drive FSMS certifications & culture development at units
• Facilitate and ensure closure of customer complaints with CAPA along with the manufacturing team
• Conduct market visits for product quality benchmarking and drive continuous improvement
• Share the Units performance with HO vertical leads (Weekly/Monthly) and seek support
• Monitor distribution quality improvemnets in the region & drive continuous improvement
• Plan digitalisation & transformation at region unist in coloboration with QAHO.
