Job Description
The Role:
Reporting to the Director of Digital End User Experience, the Sr. Manager of IT will focus on IT onboarding and offboarding processes, user awareness and training on productivity and collaboration tools, and developing and maintaining IT documentation, including process portal. This hands-on role involves managing IT support, creating user-friendly guides, and continuous engagement with users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT onboarding & offboarding processes for employees and non-employees.
- Set up user accounts and provision access to required applications.
- Prepare and configure hardware and software.
- Conduct IT user experience improvement training.
- Oversee daily operations of the IT service desk and managed service provider
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience with Active Directory, OKTA, Office 365, and other IT tools.
- Strong AV experience managing conference rooms, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams applications.
- Strong project management skills and excellent customer service.
- Expertise in troubleshooting Microsoft Office365 productivity suite.
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and communicate complex technical language in simplified terms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 8+ years of experience in managing helpdesk services.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Sailpoint
- ITILv3+ certified.
