Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Solution Architecture team, ensuring optimal design and integration of systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Define and enforce architectural standards, principles, and best practices for security, efficiency, and maintainability.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to align with cloud-native principles and modernization efforts.
• Oversee governance processes to ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Provide hands-on expertise in resolving critical system incidents, optimizing performance, and mitigating security risks.

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in system or application architecture design
• 6+ years of experience in a managerial role overseeing application architecture or enterprise architecture teams

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven ability to lead and mentor architecture teams, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Strong track record of aligning architecture decisions with business objectives, balancing scalability and delivery goals.
• Expertise in creating high-quality architectural blueprints, system diagrams, and technical guidelines for engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills, effectively articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Skilled in coaching architects, providing direction, and ensuring smooth execution of architectural initiatives.
• Experience in strategic planning, road mapping, and reporting for architecture initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Solution Architect, or GCP.
• Retail Wireless experience.
• Specialization in data analysis, catalog design, order management, billing, provisioning, mobile, B2B, cloud automation, or software development.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $127,050.00/Year - $181,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
