YOUR MISSION

Advising and supporting the new Global IT department in all commercial matters

Supporting the restructuring, conception, and implementation of new processes and procedures within the IT department
-
Supporting the creation and monitoring of IT budgets
-
Conducting monthly review meetings with department heads and cost center responsible
-
Controlling actual costs, creating variance analyses, and deriving recommendations for action
-
Supporting the creation of concepts for determining and allocating IT costs within the PUMA group
-
Further development and control of KPIs for the IT department and IT projects
-
Supporting the monthly and annual financial statements, especially for IT-related matters
-
Preparing analyses, reports, and decision-making bases
-
Collaborating with other departments and areas within the PUMA group.
YOUR TALENT
-
Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
-
Many years of professional experience in IT Controlling, ideally in an international corporation
-
Very good understanding of economic topics in the IT sector, a general understanding of accounting is desirable
-
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with SAP FI/CO is desirable
-
High analytical thinking skills, a structured way of working, and understanding of complex issues
-
High communication and teamwork skills
-
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
