  • Communication: owns all communication across 100s of influencers / partners and our marketing / brand team to make sure everyone is aligned on every campaign.
  • Contract Negotiations: efficiently and effectively negotiate all influencer contracts in a manner that is scalable and in a manner that ensures the influencer / partner we're working with has a great experience from activation to exit.  Must possess a track record demonstrating nuanced negotiation acumen.
  • Manage external partners and agencies involved in executing short and long-term influencer campaigns.
  • Utilizing both external and internal influencer tools in researching and scaling multi-tiered influencers as well as researching new influencers.
  • Prepares overarching short and long-term goals for all Influencer Marketing programs.
  • Manages content, optimization, reporting/analytics (including defining and tracking ongoing quantitative and qualitative results), relationships, content development, and updates to Influencer Marketing programs.
  • Remain at the forefront of influencer marketing trends and emerging platforms; share knowledge on industry best practices internally by preparing quarterly trend reports summarizing key changes in the spaces of content creators and content creation, highlighting any adjustments or recommendations to our approach.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on campaign management and strategy development.
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment, while still operating calmly in high pressure and/or short-deadline situations.
