About the Role & Team

The Senior Manager of Human Resources Internal Communications will play a pivotal role in developing and executing communication strategies that enhance employee engagement, align with the company’s goals, and promote a positive organizational culture. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of HR practices.

About the Work

  • Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies that support HR initiatives and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to create and disseminate clear, consistent, and engaging messages across various channels (e.g., email, intranet, newsletters, town halls).
  • Manage and oversee the production of internal communication materials, including presentations, memos, and reports.
  • Foster a culture of transparency and open communication by facilitating feedback mechanisms and employee engagement activities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication efforts, using data and feedback to continuously improve strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of communication professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in internal communications and HR.
  • Other duties as assigned.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in internal communications, with a focus on HR communications.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful internal communication strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, intranet systems, email marketing software).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
