Are you an accomplished HR professional ready to make a significant impact? We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to collaborate with senior-level leaders of our Technology and General Counsel business units. In this role, you will work with HR Business partner colleagues to integrate HR strategies that align with business objectives, build strong relationships with business leaders to understand their needs, leverage enterprise solutions to provide strategic HR support and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on HR-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide thought-leadership, consulting with senior level leaders to integrate HR best practices into their decision making and business planning, as well as providing implementation support and tools as needed. Areas of support include workforce strategy, leadership effectiveness, organizational design, and recommending measures to evaluate and improve effectiveness.

Maintain strong relationships with business leaders, prioritizing a deep understanding of the firm’s priorities and the Business Units supported. Partner with HR Business Partner leaders globally to consult with the business on retaining top talent, improving individual and team performance, and efficiently developing talent within the organization.

Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring that people strategies support and drive business results.

Utilize data, analytics, industry knowledge, and HR best practices to inform HR strategies and decisions. Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve organizational effectiveness.

Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and the global HR Business Partner team on key talent processes and in developing and leveraging enterprise HR strategies and solutions to address business challenges.
Requirements:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of experience.

7 - 10 years of related experience, preferably in HR Business Partner roles.

Accomplished HR professional with solid organizational relationship and HR experience.

Proven ability to lead and influence at multiple levels of organizations.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to integrate information and data from many perspectives and synthesize into meaningful recommendations and solutions.

Demonstrated strategic thinking and implementation skills.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, including closely partnering with colleagues within HR.

Deep business and leadership knowledge with the ability to quickly assimilate existing and new business areas.

Exceptional relationship building skills and demonstrated ability to coach and influence.

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $94,400 - $162,800 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role. We also have a competitive and comprehensive benefits program that supports all aspects of your health and well-being, including but not limited to vacation time, sick time, 401(k), and health, dental and life insurances.
