The Senior Manager, Growth Operations is a pivotal member of the Global Growth team, working closely with cross-functional partners to drive every stage of the business development lifecycle. In this role, you’ll oversee daily project operations—including resource management, reporting, logistics, and timelines—serving as the central force that keeps everything running smoothly. Your leadership will be essential in ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient delivery across the team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and prioritize resources across multiple projects, managing deliverables and timelines to support the global growth team. 
  • Serve as the central delivery contact for various workstreams, staying current on project progress and key activities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, growth, legal, agency teams, and leadership.
  • Provide clear, timely communication of project statuses to internal stakeholders. 
  • Ensure timelines are set and communicated to meet launch dates across all projects.
  • Oversee delivery of new business materials and coordination with teams across Huge to support the creation and delivery of:
    • Pitch decks
    • Marketing materials
    • Video content
    • Case studies
    • Thought leadership content
  • Manage resource allocations across project pitches and internal initiatives to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Track and reconcile monthly marketing expenditures, and manage reporting on lead attribution.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years in business development, marketing, project management, or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of managing project budgets, meeting objectives, and delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Skilled in identifying and addressing potential project risks and changes, proactively creating solutions.
  • Ability to identify unspoken stakeholder needs and align project approaches to both current and future objectives.
  • Excellent skills in communicating project updates, managing expectations, and acting on feedback.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, and Coda.
  • Expertise in team composition, task prioritization, and resource management to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates a professional, proactive approach and commitment to excellence in all aspects of project delivery.

This role is currently not available for hire or work in New Mexico, and Hawaii, USA.

The salary range for this position is as listed below. Exactly where a prospective employee will be paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, the actual salary ranges for current and former employees who are either currently filling a similar role or did in the past; the candidate’s depth of experience and qualifications; the level of specialization the role requires; budgetary considerations; the market demand for that role and the local market conditions that exist where the employee will be based. For current Huge employees, tenure will also be a consideration.
