In this role, you will…

You will be responsible for accounting and consolidating financial results in a multiple currency environment including supporting acquisition accounting and various global projects.

You will support regional and local finance teams with accounting issues in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

You will review financial data, address regional or local accounting/reporting issues, prepare consolidation journal entries, audit and reconcile financial submissions and support the preparation of financial statements.

You will prepare working papers and liaising with external auditors as necessary.
What you’ll bring

CPA Designation and 7+ years of relevant experience in accounting in a sizable and complex organization

US GAAP experience including complex accounting concepts and consolidation in a multiple currency environment

Acquisition accounting experience including purchase price allocation and auditing of financial information

Strong analytical skills and equally capable of providing strategic input and macro analysis as well as ‘deep diving’ into financial and operational detail

Strong financial modeling skills with experience creating and reviewing complex models

Well-developed oral, written communication skills to convey complex issues in a clear and concise manner

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a diverse group across the organization

Experience with SOX requirements and consolidation software are considered an asset
Approximate Salary Range for Role: $140,000 to $155,000
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
