You’ll join us at a pivotal moment, owning all aspects of finance, including FP&A, equity, debt, and M&A. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate closely with leadership and the board to influence major strategic decisions and optimize financial performance. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead all financial operations and strategy
  • Identify, analyze and pursue strategic partnership, M&A and other corporate development opportunities
  • Scale and mentor the team as we grow
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team on key decisions and initiatives
  • Prepare Board presentations, investor reporting, executive reporting and industry/peer group benchmarking, and monitor competitive and external environment
  • Support the Strategic Finance Manager in managing the company financial model, with a particular focus on the volume and revenue models for the business

About you:

  • 5-8 years of investment banking, FP&A, private equity, or management consulting experience
  • Proven experience leading finance teams and handling FP&A, equity, and M&A in a SaaS environment
  • A collaborative and strategic mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
