This role will act as an experienced business partner to the leaders with the goal of providing insights and opportunities across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and oversee analysis
  • Function as Finance Business Partner for key stakeholders throughout the organization
  • Drive operational efficiencies throughout the organization – automating tasks wherever possible
  • Create and manage reporting management, investors and banks plus presentations for Board of Directors
  • Define key performance indicators and develop audience appropriate reports
  • Manage expense budgets for various departments
  • Build/streamline/maintain cash flow forecast as well as long-term three statement model
  • Build/streamline/maintain market/product profitability analysis and reporting
  • Partner with Chief Strategy Office on M&A and business development deals
  • Additional responsibilities and projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of relevant FP&A experience
  • Professional demeanor with advanced leadership capabilities to develop working rapport with management
  • Extensive financial modeling experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial applications, Intacct accounting software a plus. Database comfort level desirable
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Prior management experience required
  • Hands-on detail oriented individual willing to be immersed in all aspects of the finance function
  • Excellent communication skills, able to clearly and accurately message complex concepts in an easy to understand format
  • Proactive work ethic and ability to perform with minimal supervision

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • MBA and/or CPA highly desirable

New York Applicants: The salary range for this position is $138,600 - $237,600. Actual pay may vary based on experience or geographic location.
