Job Description
- Perform month end closing and reporting for group reporting and management review.
- Maintain and monitor AEI/Capex tracksheet for payments and quarterly reporting as well as posting into SAP system.
- Monitor debtors turnover days and unidentified receipts are clear timely.
- Ensure submission of budget and forecast in accordance to timeline.
- Review the budget and prepare summary and details variance analysis report.
- Incharged of group cashflow planning and capital management.
- Prepare Mall SST reports on bi-monthly and forward to Group for compilation.
- Review, monitor and comply with internal controls and accounting related standard operating procedures in order to safeguard the company's assets and interests;
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and Financial Reporting Standards.
- Support and participate in any ad-hoc projects as and when assigned.
