This role will be base in Singapore and onsite.

 

Get to know the Role:

Reporting to the Head of Grabber Technology Solutions, this role will lead the Finance Systems organisation which manages Oracle ERPM Cloud (ERP and EPM), enterprise planning solutions, Kyriba treasury management, and other Finance platforms, with an opportunity to expand into Legal platforms in the future. You will need a strong background in Finance, Treasury, and Procurement processes along with audit & compliance requirements.

 

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:

  • Lead a large team of internal & external Oracle ERPM and other specialists distributed across multiple APAC markets.
  • Implement and support financial & legal systems to realise Finance, Procurement and Legal transformation journeys.
  • Use a product mindset to co-create business & technology roadmaps with stakeholders & GTS leadership and manage resource allocation (budgets & team) to execute on vision.
  • Drive change for your stakeholders and GTS to continuously improve our ability to serve Grabbers, including identifying new opportunities or technologies.
  • Partner with Finance & Legal stakeholders and engage with other technology organisations (e.g. People Systems) to ensure technology needs are delivered.
  • Manage relationships with senior internal stakeholders and senior external relationships (e.g. vendors, partners).

Qualifications

What Skills You Will Need

  • At least 10 years of experience
  • Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, KPIs/OKRs, and resource management, preferably for a team of 40+ internal & external specialists.
  • Strong knowledge in Finance, Treasury, and Procurement processes (Source to Contract, Procure to Pay, Records to Reconciliation, Order to Cash) with experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud and managing it globally or group-level.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across multiple departments and be a trusted technology business partner to Finance leadership.
  • A passion for developing, coaching and mentoring a team; strong in hiring, team building and organisational development
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to build business cases and translate technology needs into business terms
  • Experience implementing SOX compliance & audit controls (COSO & COBIT) for financial and planning systems (e.g. Change Management, Release Management)

 

The Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience managing Kyriba or other treasury management systems
  • Experience with Concur or other expense management solutions
  • Knowledge of Legal department processes and experience managing legal systems (e.g. contract management systems)
  • Product management experience
