Join Interwell Health as the Senior Manager of Acumen (Epic) Reporting and Analytics. Acumen, known for its advanced EHR and patient management solutions for chronic kidney disease, leverages the Acumen Epic Connect platform to drive value-based care through innovative tools and functionalities. As a Senior Manager, Acumen Reporting and Analytics, you will lead the Acumen Reporting & Analytics team, overseeing business analysts and business intelligence developers, and ensuring the effective execution of the Epic Reporting & Analytics roadmap. You’ll focus on managing report requests, implementing best practices, and ensuring smooth integration with implementation teams. This role requires both guiding the team and rolling up your sleeves on technical tasks (i.e. write/review SQL queries).

What You’ll Do
- Oversees and coordinates the work of the Acumen Reporting & Analytics team, which includes business analysts - typically known as Application Reporting Leads in other organizations (ARLs) and Business Intelligence Developers (BIDs)
- Manage report request prioritization, triage, validation and fulfillment.
- Implement best practices and governance strategies to optimize performance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement; serves as a point of escalation to managers and staff when issues arise.
- Work with IWH Analytics and Acumen Product leadership to define and execute the Acumen Reporting & Analytics roadmap, including for the following Epic tools: Radar Dashboards, Reporting Workbench/Clarity Reports, Caboodle data warehouse, Clarity, SlicerDicer, Predictive Analytics, and Registries.
- Collaborates with the other application delivery product managers to ensure roadmaps and release delivery are in lockstep
- Collaborate with other IWH senior analytics managers to ensure consistency in vision and deliverables.
- Partners closely with the implementation teams to ensure the “go live” has the reporting & analytics support needed
- Sets overall Epic Analytics & Reporting build, security, and data segregation strategies that are aligned with overall Epic instance decisions through cross-application team product governance
- Coordinates with training team to ensure effective end-user training
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in working with Epic Reporting environments
- Experience with developing in data warehouses, creating data models, and writing SQL queries
- Epic certifications in the following are strongly preferred: Cogito Fundamentals, Cogito Project Manager, Cogito Tools Administration, Caboodle Development, Clarity Data Model
- Strong leadership skills and a track record of managing and motivating high-performing teams of at least 3
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and maximize team performance.
- Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Comfort with navigating complexity and ambiguity, while maintaining a positive and collaborative approach.
- Strategic approach to data flow mastery, with a technical grasp of data lineage and modeling.
- Demonstrated project management knowledge and skills, covering planning and execution including ability to rapidly assess risk and identify/resolve issues.
- Understanding of both clinical and financial data models and workflows
- Ability to travel up to 10% for team and customer meetings
