As AVP - HNI Group Sales, you will lead sales of premium travel packages and experiences for global sporting events, focusing on EO/YPO groups and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
Your Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Target EO/YPO groups and HNIs with tailored sales strategies and high-impact campaigns, measuring success through revenue growth, client retention, and market penetration.
- Client Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with HNIs, delivering exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Sales Excellence: Drive revenue by consistently exceeding sales targets through market insights and EO/YPO outreach.
- Team Leadership: Set clear targets for the team, ensuring P&L goals are met while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Event & Operations Coordination: Lead EO/YPO group events, collaborating with teams to ensure seamless execution and top-tier experiences.
Qualifiers:
- 15+ years in sales, with 5+ years in a leadership role in sports or entertainment, targeting EO/YPO clientele.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets for high-end products/services, especially bespoke packages for HNIs.
- Extensive HNI and UHNI network, particularly within EO/YPO groups, with strong relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience managing HNI lifestyle and travel needs.
