The team you will be part of

At our global HQ, located in Ballerup, Denmark, you will be part of our global Product Quality function, where you report to Senior Director Product Quality, Johannes Sejr Kaulfuss.

As our Senior Manager Development Quality Enterprise, you are overall responsible for the leadership and development of our Development Quality Team. You are also responsible for continuously ensuring our Jabra Enterprise products live up to the highest quality standards for their hardware, software and system components.

You work across the organization, covering the Global Quality Function & R&D, Product Management (GPPM), Marketing and Operations. You will also collaborate with external quality and sales partners.

Your contribution is appreciated, and in addition you will:

  • Develop and ensure an organization that supports the company’s strategy to minimize product returns and negative reviews.

  • Promote a culture of quality assurance, customer feedback analysis, and continuous improvement.

  • Build capabilities to meet regulatory, preventive, and self-imposed sustainability goals.

  • Integrate sustainability into the company’s core operations and culture.

  • Ensure timely engagement with projects to establish clear requirements and maintain transparency.

  • Report regularly to management on the maturity of development projects, highlighting risk levels of critical issues and planned mitigation actions.

  • Align and drive sustainability requirements for projects, enabling assessments for internal and external reporting.

  • Capture and share lessons learned from sustainability initiatives to continuously improve strategies.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have:

  • A higher educational background at a master’s level within Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields of study.

  • A decade of experience in a quality management position from a similar industry segment – e.g. electronics, software, audio/DSP devices and hearing instruments – in combination with proven managerial experience by which you are a capable people manager able to motivate, inspire and develop your team.

  • Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards.

  • Embrace a rational approach to thinking

  • Experience in product development and R&D in general, whereby you have a broad technical background.

  • Ability to effectively communicate in English by which you can embrace our values of Listen, Challenge and Transform – as well as our Leadership Commitments Being a Customer Geek, Make it Happen and Embrace to Win.

  • Eligibility to work in Denmark.
