What you’ll do at Jamf:

At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. This role will be an integral part of the Japan leadership team to manage a team of Channel Account Executives (CAE’s) to drive business expansion through channel partners in Japan as well as across the APJ Region.  This role will also receive business direction from the Global Channel Sales organization to build out the distribution ecosystem in Asia Pacific Region. 

This role brings broad expertise in channel sales, contributes to development of company objectives and principles, and achieves goals in creative and effective ways.

What you can expect to do in this role:

  • Lead, coach, and support a growing team of CAE’s in Japan.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution with distributors and resellers in Japan and Asia Pac.
  • Recruit and onboard important new partners to accelerate Jamf’s growth.
  • Cultivate executive relationships with channel partners, optimize & drive partner performance through business reviews with CAE’s, identify additional business opportunities to expand revenue, and deploy a joint sales and/or marketing approach with Jamf partners and Jamf sales team.
  • Operate with direction from global channel organization to embrace global strategies and leverage best practices, while fulfilling the needs of the Asia Pac market.
  • Work closely with marketing team, driving regional strategies.
  • Provide clear, concise updates to global channel leadership regarding key initiatives, performance, and business needs.
  • As a Jamf employee you will be expected to travel up to 30% to attend events specific to your role include international travel.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent, A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered.
  • Deep knowledge and insights of the channel ecosystem in the software industry in Japan with proven track record of a successful collaboration with channel partners, mainly distributors and resellers.
  • Understanding of Deal Registration, Channel Incentives as well as strategic partner engagement and recruitment. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of Channel Account Executive or Channel Management experience in Japan.
  • Minimum of 5 years of managing a team of channel sales professionals within the software industry.
  • Experience in managing a functional group as part of a regional or global management team.
  • Experience recruiting, developing, and inspiring channel sales representatives.
  • Fluency in Japanese and professional working proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication and customer services skill.
  • Familiarity with SalesForce or client management software.
