Position Overview
The primary responsibility of the Senior Manager of Casino Systems Compliance is to lead the development and implementation of compliance strategies for the company's in-house casino management system. This role involves close collaboration with global stakeholders, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions, including Singapore and Macau. The Senior Manager will focus on product and technical compliance, particularly in areas such as GLI submissions and system audits, while leveraging corporate capabilities for legal, licensing, information security, AML, and TPDD.
All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Las Vegas Sands Corp.’s policies, practices, and procedures. All Las Vegas Sands Corp. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Manage the development and implementation of compliance strategies for the casino management system.

Oversee product and technical compliance, particularly with system audits and submissions to GLI, BMM, or other agencies.

Collaborate closely with global stakeholder groups to align products and operations with related compliance requirements.

Identify KPIs and controls to measure success within the regulatory systems framework.

Foster cross-functional collaboration on requirements gathering and consensus building, promoting a culture of innovation, balanced with rigorous adherence to regulatory requirements.

Assist with audit planning, pre-audit activities, and support internal and external audits.

Represent the Compliance department on committees and working groups with internal and external stakeholders.

Spearhead initiatives to rapidly mature the company’s compliance program to speed market entry.

Provide detailed recommendations for size and function of future Compliance team, based on need.

Perform diverse duties and ad-hoc projects to support the compliance team, including assisting with various investigative reporting requirements and projects.

Adapt quickly and effectively to procedural changes; assist with other special projects.

Minimum Qualifications

At least 21 years of age.

Proof of authorization to work in the United States.

Bachelor’s degree in related field, such as Computer Science, Business, Hospitality or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Must be able to obtain and maintain any certification or license, as required by law or policy.

6+ years of experience working with casino systems, preferably on the compliance or deployment side.

Demonstrated experience (6+ months) with GLI, BMM, or other related agency submissions, system audits, and regulatory product compliance is essential.

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in multiple jurisdictions.

Experience with systems compliance in Singapore, Macau, and the United States a major plus.

Experience in disciplines such as Project Management, Information Security, AML/CFT, and/or legal qualifications are a major plus.

Exemplary collaboration and communication skills with experience driving consensus among diverse stakeholder groups across different geographic locations.

Must have the utmost level of professional ethics and integrity, promote teamwork, and be capable of sharing knowledge with other team members.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact appropriately with management, other Team Members and outside contacts of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
