CARSOME is looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager, Campaign, GTM & Partnership to drive high-impact marketing campaigns, execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and foster strategic partnerships. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping CARSOME’s brand presence and customer engagement in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate has a strong background in campaign management, GTM strategy, and partnership development within the digital, automotive, or e-commerce sectors.

Your Day-to-Day

Campaign Management:

  • Develop, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, offline, social media, events, etc.).
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights and analytics.
  • Work closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling marketing materials that align with business objectives.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with CARSOME's brand messaging and overall marketing strategy.

Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy:

  • Define and implement effective GTM strategies for new product launches, promotions, and market expansions.
  • Identify target audiences and create strategic positioning for CARSOME's product offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, and operations) to ensure seamless execution of GTM plans.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Partnership Development:

  • Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships that drive brand growth and customer acquisition.
  • Develop and negotiate partnership agreements to maximize business value.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners, influencers, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partnership goals align with CARSOME's overall marketing objectives.

Your Know-How

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in campaign management, GTM strategy, and partnership development, preferably in the automotive, digital, or e-commerce industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with performance marketing, digital channels, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
