Job Description:
What You'll Do
Responsible for developing, implementing, coordinating, communicating, evolving, and executing change management strategies, tactics and activities supporting the business. Responsible for maintaining and enhancing business partner support model for new initiatives. The job closely collaborates with business partners and Payments BRIC silos to be a Change Champion to assist with identifying, monitoring, and mitigating risks prior to launch of initiatives. Manage team activities and direct workflows to achieve department objectives and provide appropriate level of support for business partners. Communicate change management trends and requirements to team members and business partners using various techniques and presentation materials, and lead training activities. Creates a culture of effective risk management, accountability, and demonstration of risk awareness across the business.
Develops and coaches teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee.
How You'll Do It:

  • Develop, implement, coordinate, communicate, and execute change management strategies, tactics and activities across business unit.
  • Share and communicate change management best practices (Change Champion) with business unit and assist to identify, monitor and mitigate risks prior to initiative launch.
  • Develop and implement reporting for change management activities to inform various constituencies and executive management of program progress. Develop and implement practices to improve business unit adherence to change management standard and policy, including management, monitoring and reporting of nonadherence events.
  • Recruit, develop and manage exempt team; establish and maintain a positive and inclusive team environment; manage team activities and direct workflows to achieve department objectives and create culture of effective risk management.
  • Develop and implement reporting of change management activity; analyze trends and prepare presentations to communicate activities with business partners in various forums.


Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelor's in finance, Accounting, business administration & management or related field.
  • 9+ Years of experience in Financial Services industry in Finance, Operations, Risk Management (1st or 2nd line of defense), seasoned people management professional.
  • In lieu of education, 14+ years of experience in Financial Services industry in Finance, Operations, Risk Management (1st or 2nd line of defense), seasoned people management professional.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $103,000.00 to $174,200.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
