The Infatuation, part of Chase Dining, is hiring a Senior Manager of Audience Development to focus on off-platform strategy and execution. You will be a key contributor to our digital growth over the coming years. Join our mission to help users find the perfect restaurant, for every occasion, every time.
As a Senior Manager of Audience Development within The Infatuation team, you will serve as the subject matter expert on both daily execution of off-platform partnerships and long-term content strategies. Collaborating closely with the Growth, Editorial, Marketing, and Communications teams, you will contribute significantly to key initiatives and projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the digital media landscape and online community building, and an analytical mindset.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead off-platform audience growth and increase traffic back to The Infatuation owned and operated properties, with a focus on Apple Maps and Reddit
  • Create and nurture partnerships with platforms and publications
  • Package, pitch, and distribute The Infatuation content across platforms
  • Find emerging digital platforms and communities for content distribution, community building, and engagement
  • Partner with internal JPMorgan Chase colleagues to find traffic driving opportunities within the firm's ecosystem
  • Support The Infatuation's overall digital growth goals


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 4+ years of audience development, syndication, or digital community building experience
  • Proficient in analytics tools such as Parse.ly, Google Analytics, etc. to pull insights and inform strategy
  • Proven track record of digital traffic and audience growth from off-platform partnerships
  • Experience growing a digital audience through off-platform partners and digital forums and communities
  • Experience in media or an adjacent industry
  • Excellent communication skills


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in media, communications, or similar field
