What You Will Do• Continuously monitor and analyze AI market trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and potential disruptions.• Translate complex AI market data into actionable insights, informing the organization's AI strategy and ensuring alignment with evolving market dynamics.• Integrate AI market insights into business planning and execution partnering closely with cross-functional teams.• Lead efforts to gather and analyze information on competitors' AI initiatives, providing strategic recommendations to maintain and enhance the organization's market position.• Develop and present comprehensive reports and presentations on AI market trends and insights to senior leadership, supporting informed decision-making.• Lead a team in support of achieving the company's mission. Manage performance and foster an inclusive environment to help associates achieve their potential.• Stay updated on emerging research methodologies and analytical tools in AI market research, integrating innovative approaches to enhance the quality and impact of insights.• Assess the organization's internal AI developments to ensure they align with market trends and strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications• 8 years of IT experience• 6+ years of experience in data analytics and market research, with a focus on AI technologies• 5 years of experience managing relationships with external AI vendors or partners to implement market insight solutions• 5 years of experience in developing and executing AI-driven market research strategies that have led to significant business growth• 5 years of experience using market research analytics tools and platforms• 3 years of experience leading project or technical teams with or without formal direct report responsibility; this includes experience providing technical direction, thought leadership, and coaching and mentoring team members• Experience working with large AI technology partners on AI focused efforts• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, or related field (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree)
