Intapp DealCloud is looking for a Senior Manager of Account Management. This person will lead a team of Account Managers, coaching and developing the team to cultivate and grow their client base. This person independently manages the team to execute and prioritize client projects, help navigate key customer relationships, and act as the point of escalation for the team. The Manager of Account Management is a trusted advisor to the client base, possesses strong interpersonal skills and is commercial minded.

What You’ll Do:

· Manage team of 12-20 Managers and Account Managers with ACV accountability for $30M-$40M

· Ability to play offense and defense, finding growth opportunities while retaining a sharp focus on client retention.

· Establish and cultivate relationships with senior leaders of client firms

· Regularly apply creative tactics to mitigate churn risk and deepen client penetration

· Lead 1-1 account review sessions with staff, providing guidance and support to broaden relationships and close deals

· Coach and assist with development of staff on a consistent and ongoing basis

· Provide staff with data driven insight – tactical and strategic – to both defend and grow individual books, helping to attain retention and upsell targets

· Proactively identify areas of risk and work with staff to create actionable plan to mitigate and grow adoption

· Suggest process improvements through collaboration with Director and where approved

properly plan and deliver roll out communications

· Develop and execute on team-wide initiatives

· Contribute to cross functional programs across firm to improve operations and efficiencies, building partnerships with peers in other functions to advance the business

· Provide thought leadership on capital markets industry and solutions

· Plans client outreach initiatives and events, helping prioritize invites and maximize attendee participation

What You’ll Need:

· 5+ years of Client Success / Account Management experience in SaaS, technology, or subscription-based organizations.

· People based leader with ability to cultivate internal and external partnerships and lead by example.

· Established track record for supporting and growing client relationships, including senior level.

· Previous experience managing teams in growth environment a plus.

· Strategic thinker with ability to proactively identify opportunities, document plan to pursue and execute.

· Ability to create an operations plan and processes that will scale

· Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to achieve set goals and deadlines.

· Must be strategic and analytical with proven experience implementing new policies and processes that scale and stand the test of time.

· Desire to take ownership of all clients’ issues and concerns, deliver great client service and communicate timely and effectively.

· Must have experience in closing sales deals or managing relationships at the executive level.

· Knowledge of the private equity and financial services market preferred

· Ability to travel and present to clients, as required

For New York City based roles, Base Pay Range is $135,000/yr - $140,000/yr.  Your actual base salary will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, geographic location, and internal equity.  In addition to base salary, variable compensation and equity may also be included
