Role Overview
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be a key player in designing and building scalable, cutting-edge GenAI applications. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects, mentor teammates, and directly influence both our product and culture. Your contributions will be integral to the success of our team and the companies we serve.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance distributed systems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative product experiences.
- Drive technical direction and architectural decisions.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Experiment with and integrate emerging technologies, particularly in the GenAI space.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 7 years of hands-on coding experience.
- Expertise: Proven ability to design and implement large-scale distributed systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion: A strong desire to build amazing product experiences.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities, whether as a team lead, tech lead, or in a similar role.
