Introduction:
10Beauty is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team. Our Computer Vision/Machine Learning team currently consists of 7 engineers reporting to our Director of Perception.
What you’ll do:
- Design and develop instance, semantic, and 3D segmentation models for complex vision tasks, including surface normal estimation.
- Lead the implementation of machine learning models in cloud environments using AWS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
- Develop and optimize data processing pipelines for efficient model training and evaluation.
- Implement best practices for model versioning, monitoring, and deployment
- Conduct experiments to improve model accuracy and performance, utilizing data augmentation, custom loss functions, and advanced architectures.
- Generate and utilize synthetic training data through simulation environments to enhance model robustness and accuracy.
- Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in machine learning and computer vision.
What you have:
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Machine Learning/Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, with a focus on computer vision applications.
- Proficiency in Python and PyTorch, with hands-on experience in building deep learning models.
- Strong background in cloud-based machine learning workflows, preferably with AWS.
- Experience with data versioning and model management tools.
- Experience in surface normal estimation and 3D segmentation models.
- Experience in generating synthetic training data using simulation tools and environments.
- Solid understanding of multi-modal data processing and sensor fusion techniques.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range
$150,000—$180,000 USD
