Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Regional Logistic Managers.
- Work with the Director of Logistics to streamline communications and operations.
- Achieving established revenue/margin goals
- Managing an assigned sales team and facilitating personnel development
- Helping your team build new and maintain carrier relationships
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Sales management experience with demonstrated performance
- Proven track record of developing new business opportunities and growing existing relationships
- Strong desire to learn and work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- Driven and competitive nature with strong problem • solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently
