At Mondelēz International, the home of iconic brands like Oreo, Tuc, Côte D'Or, and Milka, we look forward to welcome an dedicated manager to join our enthusiastic logistics team in Mechelen. As a Senior Logistics & Co-Pack Project Manager for the Benelux, you'll play a role in supporting the logistic & Co-Pack operations to ensure a smooth product flow while taking into account our high standards for safety, quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency. But above all, you'll drive meaningful change, innovation and excellence initiatives within our international and local transport, warehousing, and co-packing operations.

What you'll do:
- Inspire collaboration and performance across our logistics and co-packing internal and external teams.
- Lead transformation projects, including system upgrades, logistic network optimizations and process enhancements.
- Oversee the logistic & co-pack budget, ensuring financial transparency and efficiency and collaborating closely with the financial controllers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, reduce costs and environmental impact.
- Governance of compliance Mondelez International policies.
What You'll Bring:
- A solid experience in logistics, ideally in FMCG.
- A pro-active, results-driven mindset, passionate about driving logistic/co-pack change projects.
- A passion for systems and processes that drive efficiency.
- An analytical process-oriented approach.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to influence senior management.
