As Senior Legal Counsel, you’ll be our legal compass, ensuring we stay sharp, compliant, and creatively fearless. You’ll oversee legal strategy, manage risks, and keep our contracts solid. Leading one legal associate, you’ll report to our COO and collaborate with key teams across the company.

Here's What You’ll Be Doing
- Steer the legal ship across our group-level operations, driving expansion and refining legal processes.
- Lead legal consultancy for clients in technology and creative projects.
- Negotiate, draft, and review commercial and licensing agreements (domestic & international).
- Advise on intellectual property, data protection, and EU regulatory compliance for international clients.
- Ensure corporate governance aligns with legal and ethical standards.
- Work with the cybersecurity team to secure and maintain development processes.
- Not just analyze legal issues—solve them.
- Represent the company before authorities and partners when needed.
- Qualified lawyer with at least 6 years PQE (private practice + preferably industry experience).
- Fluent Hungarian & excellent English skills (including top-notch legal drafting).
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- People-friendly with a high level of empathy and tolerance.
- Solid experience in at least two of the following areas: advertising law, IP & copyright, digital marketing, data protection, and employment law.
