  • Provide legal advice and counsel on advertising and promotion strategies and activities, including: the use of social media; dissemination of scientific information; product development and labelling; product liability; and other matters relevant to the development, manufacture and commercialisation of life sciences products.

  • Support M&A activities for the Life Sciences organisation.

  • Prepare legal correspondence, including demand letters, cease and desist notices, and other items, as needed and related to the Life Sciences business.

  • Work collaboratively with other members of the legal department and assist as needed.

  • Create, improve and/or update form agreements and processes to improve aspects of contracting procedures and ensure alignment of contract terms with Revvity policies and standards.

  • Perform other related duties, as assigned or requested, as knowledge of the business and legal skills evolve.

Required Qualifications:

  • LL.M., JD, or equivalent degree in law with a focus on intellectual property or life sciences law.

  • Licensed to practise law in any jurisdiction.

  • A minimum of 7+ years’ transactional/commercial experience required, ideally within the pharma or broader life sciences sector.
