About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Consultant with the Executive and Manager Development Department.
In this role, you will:
Perform a combination of some or all of the below listed responsibilities:

Manage implementation of complex learning and development solutions and digital platforms for strategic mid-level manager learning audiences. Must also be adept with in the moment consultation, facilitation, stakeholder management, workgroup coordination etc.

Develop mid-level leader workshops, programs and learning products and maintain detailed project plans to execute in team owned areas of focus.

Apply knowledge of all aspects of executive and manager development across many business disciplines to leverage the interconnectivity of various learning solutions and demonstrate the business impact of recommended solutions.

Project and implementation management and resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, stakeholders, managers and senior level audiences to resolve issues and achieve goals.

Consult with business leaders, human resources partners, instructional design team and management to develop an appropriate overarching learning plan that drives business unit performance.

Integrate ongoing needs assessment, data and feedback from target audiences into development of learning solutions and continue to refine leveraging feedback and data as appropriate.

Conduct external research and lead vendor supported projects, design sprint and process to support the delivery of adult learning/manager development solutions.

Onboard vendors to deliver services related to adult learning solutions targeting the manager population.
Required Qualifications:
-
4+ years of Learning and Development Consulting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
-
Project and program management experience within learning and working with vendors to implement leadership development solutions.

Experience consulting with internal clients and stakeholders regarding leadership development needs and enterprise solutions
-
Experience managing complex projects or initiative launch from concept to implementation and guide a team of peers and partners
-
Previous work with senior level audiences and stakeholders at an equivalent organization size

Knowledge and understanding of adult learning
-
Experience influencing, partnering, and negotiating with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals.

Instructional design experience developing manager and leadership programs.

Experiencing performing learning gap analysis to determine root cause and developed L&D initiatives to close any gaps found.

Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and strategic communication skills
