ZS's Digital Products Team helps healthcare companies including pharmaceutical and med-tech to discover, develop and deliver digital services to customers. We engage from end-to-end from shaping organization strategy (where to play, how to win) to developing digital solutions for patient services across disease journeys, drug discovery including de-centralization of clinical trials, advancing digital portfolios through enabling digital therapeutics and Software as Medical Devices.
The Product Manager is a hands-on, functional leader and mentor within the Digital Product's Team. In this role you will work closely with clients and ZS Digital & Connected Health's cross functional teams (User Experience, Technology, Regulatory, Legal) across the lifecycle of digital health initiatives.
You will use your product management expertise to guide Product Strategy and Product Management activities with internal project teams and client stakeholders. ou will lead the product vision of digital health innovation project, help execute that vision through outcome-driven roadmap prioritization, and support solution commercialization efforts in the U.S. and other international markets.
What You'll Do
- Gathering product requirements from clients, advisors, and competitive intelligence
- Developing the product vision, roadmap, and detailed scoping documents for each release
- Overseeing the creation of business requirement documents and aligning with development/UX teams
- Scheduling and running working sessions to ensure designs meet client needs
- Testing the QA environment to validate functionality and client outcomes
- Reviewing user guides and developing new training materials for product releases
- Completing RFIs and RFPs for new opportunities
- Generating customer success plans, especially for charter clients
- Preparing quarterly business reviews and communicating product vision/roadmap
- Building a community of ZS leaders who are aware of the latest product and maintaining the sales playbook
- Maintaining and updating sales collateral, product demonstration scripts, and client-specific commercialization activities
- Crafting deployment approaches considering technology and business transformation
- Supporting the creation of new scopes of work to meet client requirements
- Managing cross-functional teams to develop detailed project plans
- Ensuring meetings are scheduled in advance to align with development timelines
- Collaborating with Project Management and Analyst teams to estimate development efforts
What You'll Bring
- At least 4 years of post-MBA or PhD work experience; in lieu of an MBA or PhD, candidates with 7-9 years of relevant work experience in product design and management. Would be good to have expertise in UI and UX interface
- Passion for evidence-based healthcare decision making and using Integrated Evidence Planning to inform intelligent Healthcare decisions.
- Holding experience or having a commitment to learning integrated evidence planning, medical affairs, RWE, and HEOR
- High organizational management
- Strong ability to partner with India (offshore) and to delegate critical activities
- Strong client service and communication, especially being nuanced in communication to pushback on needs that run counter to product
- Strong business writing and an ability to create written materials to drive client decision making
