In this role, you will:

Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant data product solutions that are large-scale cross-functional or companywide strategies

Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique data product enablement initiatives requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas of the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and coordination of activities to achieve the desired outcome

Manage the Customer Approved Data Source product roadmap to deliver maximum business and customer value

Partner with key business and technology stakeholders to champion the product vision, guiding principles, and roadmap

Deliver high-quality solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management

Work with stakeholders from across multiple Wells Fargo lines of businesses and functions to manage the product roadmap and align it to business needs

Conduct value-based intake and prioritization across requests, bring subject matter expertise on current and emerging customer domain and technology trends to offer strategic solutions to plan and deliver product capabilities that drive business value

Demonstrate data product and technology thought leadership; develop productive relationships with key stakeholders across the firm

Capture, document and refine user stories reflecting business requirements

Capture and disseminate product OKRs and key performance indicators and business value (revenue gains, efficiency saves, etc.) and agile performance metrics (velocity, capacity, burn down)

Identify opportunities to continuously refine and optimize the strategic operating model

Develop and maintain agile strategies for prioritization, interdependency management, and scoping across use cases, organizations and competing priorities

Serve as a strategic liaison between data management, product teams, data engineering, and architecture teams throughout the data product lifecycle
Required Qualifications:
-
7+ years of data product or data management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Expert level knowledge of product ownership, customer-centric product development and delivery, and analytics platform development and delivery
