About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Growth Strategy Consultant within Global Payments and Liquidity as a part of Enterprise Functions.

In this role, you will:
- Serve as a strategic advisor within the payment solutions team, providing guidance to senior leadership to shape and drive initiatives that enhance company-wide financial growth opportunities
- Drive business development strategies that require thorough analysis and evaluation
- Support various Business Growth Strategy projects to maximize growth opportunities and minimize expenses
- Offer vision, strategic direction, and expertise in Business Growth Strategy to senior leadership, guiding the implementation of innovative and impactful strategies that drive company-wide financial growth
- Work closely with professionals and managers at all levels across the company, serving as a trusted advisor to leadership within the payment solutions team
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 7+ years of payment experience focusing on large corporations
- Experience in treasury and liquidity management
- Expertise in traditional payment clearing and settlement
- Working knowledge of emerging payment technologies and channels
- Capability to engage in strategic discussions with clients and internal stakeholders including product management, strategy, sales, and operations to develop solutions that address client needs and drive business within a specific client segment or across multiple segments
- Ability to define, create and communicate client solution requirements and business case to guide investment decisions in global payments and liquidity solutions
- Ability to engage in and lead global payment discussions with peers and clients to shape solutions, products, and strategy
Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule
