We are looking for a highly motivated and self-starting individual who has a passion for IT systems and problem solving. The Senior IT Support Specialist will help Radformation establish and maintain cybersecurity controls, will help Radformation internal teams set up and manage our networks, computer hardware, and software solutions as well as troubleshoot technical issues that may arise. This individual will play a key role in maintaining Radformation’s internal infrastructure and assisting the onboarding of new hires in our rapidly growing company. **This is a hybrid role that requires 1-2 days in office in our New York City location.**

Primary Responsibilities

• Work with senior technical staff and CISO to define and implement IT controls, software, and processes to meet cybersecurity requirements.
• Technical ownership of internal networks and VPNs, which means defining network topology, domains, implementing and maintaining company network infrastructure, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Create and enforce policy documents around passwords, local computer management, mobile device management that support our various regulatory requirements
• Patching employee computers and Radformation servers.
• Account and Group management, SSO integrations.
• Backup of all Radformation systems. Restores when / as needed.
• Define / setup / maintain server infrastructure and Network Attached Storage devices.
• Work with leadership on projects that grow or scale the business

Other routine activities include

• Order and keep inventory of equipment purchases
• Creating Accounts and Account Management across all platforms
• Work with staff members to setup new equipment during onboarding
• Maintain Remote Boxes for testing and development
• Assist team members in troubleshooting internal IT issues
• Travel On-Site as needed to support office and server operations and equipment

Required Experience

• 5 years experience as an IT support specialist or similar
• LDAP, Active Directory, or Google Admin User Administration
• Networking configuration, administration, and management.
• VPN administrationScripting experience with Powershell, linux bash, Windows BAT.
• Windows and Linux systems administration.
• Server Patching & Hardware maintenance
• Equipment tracking and asset management

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Radiation Oncology
• Cybersecurity experience
• Customer service experience
• Jira ticket Management
