Senior IT Support Engineer

OPPORTUNITY HAPPENS HERE — REALIZE YOURS

Alongside the best and the brightest, you will regularly:

  • Provide in-person and remote IT support to the Alegeus Executive Leadership Team, including the CEO and direct reports, ensuring timely resolution of requests.

  • Support and maintain IT resources (computers, networks, conferencing, printing, etc.) in physical offices, while troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.

  • Configure, troubleshoot, and support various technologies, including Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, VPN clients, Group Policy, Firewalls, VMWare, Printers, Mac systems, network connectivity, and Microsoft 365.

  • Analyze, install, and modify operating systems and utilities software to meet service commitments, ensuring proper system configurations and repairs.

  • Collaborate with HR, Senior Manager, and IT Operations to configure new staff workstations, telephony, and all technical requirements.

  • Work with the Alegeus Security team to support remediation of scan results and create/document methods to improve Service Desk efficiency, while maintaining and updating asset inventories.

  • Abilities: Ability to ensure IT services stability and scalability across the company, providing end-user support for help desk, branch offices, and remote users, while collaborating with IT Operations and ESS teams to deliver efficient hardware, software, and automation solutions.

  • Experience: 5-7 years supporting multi-site organization and Senior Executive Teams in an IT Service Desk Role.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience required.

  • Location: Requires full-time in-office presence in our downtown Boston, MA location(Waterfront District).
