Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and influence a cross-functional team to deliver business value.
- Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, user stories, and dependencies.
- Gather, document, and refine business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA to ensure successful implementation.
- Track progress, forecast delivery timelines, and optimize processes using metrics.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- BA/BS in a technical or business discipline (information systems, engineering, computer science, finance, business administration, or accounting)
- 4+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Manager or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in Agile processes, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to balance current delivery with shifting priorities and future planning.
- Proficiency in Rally/CA Agile Central, Confluence, and JIRA.
- Technical understanding of APIs, SDLC, and programming concepts (Java, JavaScript a plus).
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,400.00/Year - $117,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
