About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Manager to join our growing fintech company. Our company is headquartered in New York and has a large office in Belgrade, where Engineering, IT, Support, and other teams are located. As a key member of our IT team, you'll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, and supporting our global presence. This role requires a proactive approach, strong technical expertise, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities: 

  • Infrastructure Support (software & hardware): Maintain and optimize IT systems, including device and software provisioning, MDM solutions (e.g., Kandji), and office/conference room technology. Support hybrid-meeting AV infrastructure for global offices.
  • Network Infrastructure Support: Manage office networks, VPN solutions, and other networking equipment.
  • Security Support: Enforce security protocols, manage identity and access controls using Okta, and assist with compliance initiatives (SOC 2, PCI).
  • End-user IT Support: Provide technical support to employees globally, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes. Managed escalated and complex tickets. 
  • Technology integration: Implement and support emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and automate processes. Assist with IT ticket management.
  • Documentation: Maintain and improve comprehensive IT documentation for processes, systems, and procedures.
  • Team coaching and training: help upskill IT Administrators through shadowing and training. 

Identity & Access Management: Support with account provisioning and de-provisioning, as well as manage access controls and permissions to safeguard information across Rho’s software applications and tools (Okta).

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, or related field 
  • 5+ years of IT experience in a fast-paced environment 
  • Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of IT systems, networks, MDM solutions (e.g., Kandji), user provisioning (Okta), JIRA administration, Google Workspace, and security best practices is essential.
  • Soft skills: Strong problem-solving and communication skills 
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team

Our people are our most valuable asset. Base salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, and business needs. The role is based in Belgrade, Serbia, and requires in-office presence 5 days a week and and working US EST hours (between 4pm-12pm CET working hours).
