As a member of the Global IT team, the Functional Solution Architect will play a critical role in delivering successful solutions by partnering with business and technology groups to secure the appropriate architecture in terms of Functional Solutions and applications. This includes business and IT processes and master data management for various enterprise applications. Currently the focus is our new Global Digitalization across ERP and CRM including customer facing contract management tools. The portfolio is concentrated around The Microsoft Platform D365 and Salesforce. Moving from independent solutions at our sites around the world to a Global Digital Platform that will be rolled out. This position contributes to AGC Biologics success by providing advice, support and guidance on configuration and development of our ERP and related applications that is integrated with business processes/data and IT infrastructure. The role also involves designing business intelligence solutions, integration solutions, and external interfaces. This position will be key in setting the Global standard for Good Operations Practice, which is a key element for the successful operation of our Enterprise Application Landscape and other key platforms for AGC Biologics to grow on.
