The Role

We are seeking an all-around highly motivated Senior IT Analyst to join our dynamic team at Provable Inc. This role will be responsible for supporting the company’s technology infrastructure, ensuring it aligns with our business goals, and providing robust IT support to all departments. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in implementing, monitoring, and upgrading security measures to safeguard our IT environment from cyber threats. This position requires experience in security best practices, threat detection, and vulnerability management, alongside a solid understanding of industry standards and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support company communication and collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace and Slack.

• Manage MacOS environments, providing advanced troubleshooting and support.

• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, protocols, and best practices to strengthen the company’s overall security posture.

• Design, deploy, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

• Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, and capacity expansions.

• Configure and manage security infrastructure, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM solutions, device management, and endpoint protection systems.

• Investigate and respond to security incidents and breaches, implementing corrective measures as needed.

• Collaborate with the development team to integrate security controls into applications and systems hosted in AWS and GCP environments.

• Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, including penetration testing and security awareness training.

• Lead and contribute to IT projects, ensuring timely and within-budget execution.

• Partner with other departments to identify IT needs and deliver technical solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations, updating policies as required.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge in managing Google Workspace and Slack.

• Expertise in MacOS administration and support.

•    Extensive Experience in configuring and maintaining SSO and MDM solutions.

• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP).

• Understanding of cloud networking (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid network architectures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Workspace Admin, Apple Certified Support Professional, CCNA) are a plus.
