Overview
We are seeking an iOS full stack Engineer with extensive experience in large-scale applications, and enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in native iOS development, experience with Swift UI, and a deep understanding of platform codebase architecture. Experience with Flutter is a plus.
Project Overview
The primary focus of this role is to conduct a comprehensive codebase assessment of a major mobile application built with Flutter, Android, and iOS. Following the evaluation, you will review the findings and define recommended mitigations and estimate the level of effort to assess current code base fixes concerning the app.
Contract Details
- Location: U.S. or Spain
- Contract Duration: 12 weeks (with potential extension and contract-to-hire)
- Tentative Start Date: March 10th, 2025
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate codebase in-depth to identify necessary fixes, define recommended mitigations, and estimate the level of effort required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in native iOS development.
- Has worked with Swift UI for more than one year.
- Flutter experience is a plus.
- Strong background in app optimization and performance tuning.
- Experience working with enterprise level projects.
- Proven ability to lead iOS-focused assessments and workshops.
- Expertise in performance measurement tools for native iOS.
- Understanding of best practices in software engineering and architecture.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
Hourly Rates
- Spain: Up to €50/hour
- U.S.: Up to USD $75/hour
