Responsibilities:
- Assist with examination of Sarbanes–Oxley compliance by performing tests of controls (design and effectiveness) within key business processes. Ensure SOX testing and evidence is sufficient to attain and support conclusions
- Perform Operational Audits. Review Staff Auditor work
- Assist with compiling audit documentation for the Audit Committee and Bank regulators. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Internal Audit Department
- COSO component documentation and testing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, computer science, or related field
- Plans to pursue one of the following certifications: CPA, CIA, or CISA
- Manage remediation of audit findings
- Public accounting and/or Internal Audit experience
- Banking or financial services experience
- SOX experience
- CPA
