The Country Product Specialist support in driving and grows profitably and at high customer satisfaction within own country by translating global and regional strategy and initiatives into local Product and Performance plans and ensure this is being executed and provide support with expertise and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
- Implement and cascade Global and Regional Product Guidelines within the country.
- Optimize and grow the product portfolio within the country (footprint/locations & services) by identifying market trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Manage capacity and product offerings aligned with market demands.
Relationship Management / Procurement
- Foster collaboration between Product Development, Delivery, CX, and Sales teams.
- Drive cost reductions through optimal allocation and effective contract management.
Profitability & Pricing Management
- Lead product initiatives with the Sales, Delivery, and CX community.
- Oversee all pricing activities within the country, including but not limited to price setting, strategy, and margin optimization.
- Initiate cost-saving measures and ensure pricing aligns with global governance policies.
Performance Management
- Enhance the performance of services and products in the country.
- Focus on maximizing revenue, EBIT, and gross profit through upselling, cost management, and developing new revenue streams.
- Strengthen engagement with the global network to drive value creation.
- Introduce and implement new products, ensuring successful go-live launches.
- Cultivate a culture of performance transparency and continuous improvement.
People Management
- Build a strong community across products and functions, fostering collaboration across functional and organizational boundaries.
