Role Objectives
- Work with subject matter experts and identify the program target audience’s training needs/ each course to develop the course roadmap.
- Collaborate with experts by conducting virtual meetings to rehearse and refine the content prior to filming.
- State instructional end goals and create or amend the existing content to match them.
- Provide exercises and interactive activities that enhance the learning process.
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc).
- Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product for both the videos and the interactive activities through storyboards.

- Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments.
- Collaborate with the internal stakeholders through all the learning design phases.
- Maintain project documentation and course folders.
The ideal candidate is someone with:
- 5+ years experience
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
- Good knowledge of Authoring tools
- Good knowledge of different LMS’s
